Welcome to the MX Community forum! 

This is our area specifically designed for our customers to post any ideas, questions or suggestions about MacromatiX. To help us review your suggestions, please follow the information areas below.  We’ve also created a short step-by-step process to make it easy to start suggesting!

Creating an Idea

• Select 'New Post' in the top right corner
• Ensure 'Ideas: MacromatiX' is selected as the Topic underneath the details box

When entering details about your suggested idea in the 'Details' field, please be sure to include the following information:

• Business Requirement (Why is this change needed? What challenge does it address?)
• Suggested Changes (How can this address your Business Requirement? What benefit will it bring?)

Your Idea will then be reviewed by our team and will be marked as one of the following:

• No Status –Your idea has been received! Our team are currently reviewing your Idea and will be in touch shortly. 
• Not Planned/Open for Voting – Your Idea has been validated by our experts, get voting! The Product Decision team will periodically review the ideas and any ideas selected to progress further, will have more detail provided once available.
• Planned- Congratulations! Your ideas was selected and will form part of our near-term development strategy.  A feature inspired by your idea is in the product pipeline
• Answered - Your Idea is either functionality we already have available, or not something we can facilitate, and we’ll provide further information within the post.
• Completed –Inspirational! Your Idea helped our teams design and release a new development.  It has now been published as a release, along with a copy of the release note in your original post.  Enjoy!   

We aim to provide an initial status update to all Ideas marked ‘no status’ within 7 working days.  From there it’s up to our community of voters to help our Product Teams determine what’s next!  Unfortunately, our team won’t be able to comment on each individual idea, and some ideas may not be taken forward but our Product team and community of customers are always reviewing your ideas to influence how Fourth can develop and evolve our products for the benefit of all of our customers.

Voting

If you see an existing Idea from another Fourth user that you think would also work well for your business, please ‘Vote’ on the idea so it can help inspire our Product Team.

Select the title of the post, and then select the upwards facing arrow to vote in favour of the suggested idea. You can vote for as many ideas you think are important!  Thanks for providing us some valuable feedback as to how we can evolve your Fourth Solution!
