HR system suspension functionality

Can someone please direct me to any articles around suspension functionality within HR.

And also confirm if it is possible to schedule someone on a rota (in LP) when they are on suspension

And clarify it suspension without pay is recorded in the system does this automatically feed into the Payroll module and take immediate effect

And confirm what access an employee under suspension would have

Following on from the last comment, yes unfortunately there is no article on this at the moment.

I have been reaching out internally and we believe that this doesn't affect payments, it just stops an employee from being scheduled and will show on their HR record, any suspension reports etc.

If you wish the suspension to be non paid, then the payments would need to manually be removed from payroll.

Regarding the employee's access when on suspension, they would still have access. Suspension would only remove their hours from the rota and stop them from being scheduled.
