Assigning tronc to passive shifts in LP

Tronc is assigned based on the working hours entered into the Rotas Module.

As passive shifts are Scheduling specific, we would need to see examples where Tronc is not being assigned.

We would advise that a Support ticket is created by Emily, citing specific examples, for further analysis by the team.

thanks Lee Franklin - just to confirm, are you saying that given passive shifts are paid shifts and will flow through to the Rota module, that tronc SHOULD be able to be applied to these shifts?

Please advise the customer to raise a ticket with support with examples.

Thanks for your response. We don't have an example of this at the moment as we haven't turned on the passive shift functionality - we are trying to find out some more information before we turn it on - particularly if it will have implications around tronc!

Do you need an example from us of the shift on the rota in order to respond? Are there any examples from other business that could demonstrate the functionality?
