Migration to Enhanced Offering
Over the past couple of months, we have been working on enhancing our offering for the US Fourth Analytics solution. This includes bug fixes, metric/logic enhancements, enriching analysis depth and new reports. These enhancements ensure that all relevant customers gain access to the latest improvements, enhancing their experience and value from the product
The enhancements will only apply to customers using the standard Analytics offering - workspaces that have not had customization or custom reporting applied.
Planned Features/Changes
The following features and changes will be available to customers once their migration is complete. However, depending on individual customer platform use and configuration, not all will be activated. Please liaise with your Customer Success Manager with any questions on this.
Separate release notes containing detailed information on each feature/change will be published soon.
- Improved WAPE metric calculation logic
- 'Detail' (drill-down option) reports added in Sales and Labor dashboards
- Side-by-Side analysis tab in Labor Optimization dashboard
- New Hours report under 'Hours Breakdown' tab in Labor Optimization dashboard
- Enhanced ranking logic in 'Benchmark' tab in Labor Optimization dashboard
- 'Salaried Cost' report in Labor dashboard
- New Time & Attendance dashboard
- New HR dashboard
Please note - customers will be migrated to the enhanced offering over between Monday, June 23rd and Friday, June 27th. During a migration, users will experience a downtime period with no access to the Fourth Analytics portal for up to 3-4 hours. These migrations will take place outside of US working hours during this week.
After the migration, dashboard parent filters will be labelled as standard e.g. Name (units), Org level 1, Org level 2.
Any private scheduled reports (emailed PDF) will be lost and will need to be reconfigured by the users. Guidance on reconfiguring private scheduled reports can be found here.
