Job title deletion

How can job titles be deleted if they have not been assigned to any former or current employees?

  Hi Violeta,

  Yes, this would be possible in the system. This can been seen within the job title settings:

  HR > Company admin > Job titles

  If a job title has not been assigned to a former/current employee, there would be a tick box under the 'Delete?' heading.

  

  Whereas when there are employees that have been assigned to a job title, it would show 'N/A'. 

  When clicking the delete box, proceed to the bottom of the page where it will show another delete box which you will need to click.
