NEW vs OLD OUTLOOK
Hello
I get a lot of user queries around orders not being emailed to vendors, despite them showing as transmitted within the Adaco UI.
I am aware that there may be some issues with having both old and new versions of outlook on one's computer - I'm wondering what the official guidance is to fix these type of issues.

We don't have any specific guidance on this subject as it's not our place to advise you on which outlook application you should be operating from.
From a technical perspective Old Outlook will eventually be deprecated and as such it would make sense to transition over to the new outlook, there is no detriment to doing this from an Adaco perspective, however please be mindful when switching as you may begin to see errors initially, but if you uninstall and re-install or repair Outlook/Microsoft Office, the errors should then stop.
I personally use New Outlook and have no issues with Adaco, I would however advise against having both installed on the device, it would be advisable to only use one to avoid any issues going forwards.
Alternatively upon uninstalling whichever version you don't wish to use, please ensure you perform the uninstall and re-install of the correct application and Office, as this may remove the issues above altogether.
