We have introduced company maternity and paternity pay to colleagues which tops up to full pay for the first 3 weeks of maternity and for paternity it is 2 weeks full pay.
Are you able to advise how best to set this up/input this into Fourth?
The customer would need to ensure they have a payment type setup for the enhanced pay, then they would add the top-up amount to their payment upload or enter in the individual's pay record.
is it possible to set up schedule on parental leave setting? the report column seems to include occupational maternity pay, it's just there is no way of entering this. can it be looked into?
