Employees re appearing on rota after paid SMP

If you add the end date at the point of SMP record entry would this  then flag up on rota when they should be back to work to then drive long term absence if taking extended? Karen Griggs

  Hi Rachel & Karen,

   

  The employee will be available for scheduling after the Stop Date which has been entered in their SMP record.

  You can then create an absence for the employee if they are taking an extended absence (such as for extended Maternity).
