Fourth UK Payroll - email outage 26/05/21
At 09:00 this morning, our email provider 'Microsoft Outlook' encountered a technical issue which affects or payroll@fouth.com account.
This impact results in any emails sent to payroll@fourth.com not being forward to our email distribution tool 'Zendesk' which we use to manage and reply back to all emails.
Therefore we are currently using our contingency where we can access your emails directly from Microsoft Outlook, however due to the high volume of emails being sent to payroll@fourth.com it is taking us some time to identify and answer your emails.
Therefore, we ask to you to continue sending emails to payroll@fourth.com, if your query falls inline with any of the below, we ask that you call your Payroll Specialist directly or use the Payroll mainline number - 01625750100 so we can prioritise your query:
> Your Payroll is not yet closed/ approved and it is due to be closed today
> You are awaiting your payroll to be closed for approval
> You have an URGENT query that will critically affect your employees pay today or a paydate upto 28/05/2021
> You have amendments to make to your payroll(s) for paydates today or a paydate upto 28/05/2021
> If you have sent payroll amendments and not sure if these have yet been processed in order for you to provide your net figure(s)
