Why is there an orange exclamation mark on my schedule?

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me or explain me why is there a orange exclamation mark on the side of where it says “My schedule”. I haven’t got a schedule from my employer and I already confirm my email account, phone, messaging etc. So why it is still there? Thank you
