Alerts in HR

Looking at the alerts in HR  does the Shift/ Rota Payrate Change include Multiple Employment? If not is there another alert for this? Karen Griggs

  Hi Rachel,

  The alert for Shift/Rota Pay rate Change does not include the Multiple Employment figures.

  To be able to view the Multiple Employment pay rates changes the best report can be found in HR - Reports - Employee History Report. Once you chose the location, division, job title and the date ranges, under the Filter by Filed option choose from the drop down Multiple Employment Hourly Rate and run the report.

  This will display both the home location pay rate and the multiple employment new rate.
