Hi Roberto,

There is not an out of the box audit trail, but the customer can use the Custom Reporting in HR to build a report of the documents uploaded against each employee, who uploaded them and when.

Which ‘fields’ do I chose to see “uploaded against each employee, who uploaded them, and when” ?

The only field I can see related to documents is called ‘documents seen’ or something like that and that returned nothing useful.

Please advise the customer to follow the path: Log In > Select HR > Select Reports > Custom Reports > Fourth Documents Loaded Report.
