Hi 

Will there be a batch upload for the new sensitive information? and /or will there be a way for the employee to add these in to their own records?

Hi Rachel,

There's not a batch update for these fields, however development can upload the information for the customer. If you can book this in with the data team they can provide the template, and it's the standard dataload fee.
