Fourth account creation
Hi!
I have a job title that isn't pulling through to automatically create an account to push the welcome email for Engage. I can't remember how to edit this?!
Any suggestions? thanks

If the employee hasn't recieved a welcome email, you can check if their account has been activated in the HR module by following the below path.
HR > Users > Fourth Account Management
If their account is active then potentially they have missed the welcome email in their junk box, if it is not active, you can tick the box and select save at the bottom of the page to activate the employees' account.
