Identifying kickstart employees
As a customer we are looking to set up employees on the government Kickstart scheme. We will need to hold a unique identifier on People System so that we can report on this.
Is there a free reportable field we can use? What would you recommend?

Further to this it looks like we need to have the unique identifier in the RTI file against the employee - can you please advise how other customers have been managing this

Thanks for your great question.
Since you would need to report on this within the HR module, you could create either a Comment Category or an Asset Category (please see articles below). These will be easily reported on as you can pull off reports within the HR module based purely on those aspects of an Employee HR Record.
