Introducing a new and improved Talent Pool consisting of a variety of useful enhancements and functionalities aimed to improve the overall usability for end-users. This includes:

• Enhanced Talent Pool 
• Introduction of 'tags' to Talent Pool
• New Pinning functionality 
• New Filter and Search functionality
• New Candidate Profile
