- I’ve added a Metric for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Covers (RESBRKCVRS, RESLUNCVRS, RESDINCVRS)
- I’ve added metric constants to determine the number of hrs required per restaurant meal Period (RESTBRKHRS, RESTLUNHRS, RESTDINHRS)
- The challenge I have is that I am attempting to calculate the hours being scheduled on each meal period and I have created the metrics (RESBRKHRSSCHED, RESLUNHRSSCHED, RESBRKDINSCHED) however these are not being picked up – I wasn’t sure if this was something to do with the configuration of the division which I cannot see?)

Good Morning Marion,
I have this working for you now.
There were 2 things I needed to do:-
- First of all in the metrics to calculate the required hours, when referencing a non-calculated metric in a calculation and setting it to the the Budget/Forecast/Actual value, the F,B or a needs to be proceeded by a double underscore so the calculation for Breakfast should be (RESTBRKCOV__A)/(#RESTBRKHRS) rather than (RESTBRKCOV_A)/(#RESTBRKHRS) - I have amended these for you
- Secondly, in the 3 Metrics to show the scheduled hours, the metrics themselves were correct and referenced sessions but the sessions hd not been created - I have done this also but you will probably want to adjust the start/finish time for each session. Sessions can be found at Rotas > Administration > Sessions.
