On bealf of a Customer - Annual pay rise

One of my customer is planning to aware their staff an annual pay rise. Both Salary and Hourly Pay

Can the customer perform the pay rise via the employee batch update through the people system, or it will need to be an arranged dataload from Fourth?

Hi Roberto De Vivo

Yes, pay rises for hourly paid and salaried employees can be managed in the Employee Batch Update screen. This may take slightly longer than a dataload as it is unlikely that all employees will be uplifted to the same hourly rate or salary, therefore the amounts may need to be entered individually, however there are the location, division and job title filters which may help to group employees.
