Currently full-time employees (in this instance full-time hourly paid ) holiday allowance and pay rate calculate on People System as per employee’s contracted hours/FTE settings but not the total hours employee works per week, based on rota.
E.g. hourly full time contracted 40 hrs per week means the employee’s holidays will be based on capped 8 hours per day although they might be working more than 40 hrs per week.
Is it possible to enable full time employees’ holidays to be paid as per hours their work rather than contracted hours they are set to without changing employees to flexible setting?
