HOURS NOT FILTERING THROUGH ROTA WHEN USING FINGERPRINT FOR CLOCKING IN AND OUT

For example, is this for all employees? Has this suddenly occurred or has it been gradual and any other information you could share.

Hi Veronica,
Employees are using their fingerprint to clock in and clock out however, these start and finish times are not being filtered through to the actual rota, even though you can see the clock with the actual timings. The manager has to manually input those hours, which is not ideal

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Users are required to accept the T&A times by selecting the clock, checking the times and selecting "Copy T&A Times".
When selecting the clock next to an employee record on the Rota, in the day contents page, a pop up will appear containing the T&A time. There will be a second box at the bottom of this pop up, that will give the manager the option to "Copy T&A Times". This will also show the break minutes, and depending on the settings on your portal, the break times will be copied across, or removed.
If the issue you are raising, is the break times being removed, or that the user cannot see this button, please raise a case to our Support team, to have this amended.

We did all the steps.Create fix shift time and then update according to the instructions.
But it does not configuring according to what we have decided the following.
If employee starts earlier to his shift, than it should calculate according to set up shift code. It added up all the time clock in.
Please advise.
