current payroll is in august 2020

Hi Fourth,

is there a possibility to close and approve payroll which hasnt been processed since August 2020 ? at the moment system gives error message if trying to reset current payroll.

Thank you for this question.

If your intention is to roll the payroll to the current tax month, we recommend setting up a new pay (current) basis and moving employees onto it.

Alternatively, you could move or add dummy employee and place on hold before trying to close the payroll again - this might work.
