How does the week numbering work in People System reporting, please?

We have received queries from the business showing that Fourth is displaying incorrect week number on the Daily Sales Analysis Report.

Last year we had 53 week year and our current Financial year started on the 4th Jan, which means we are in week 6 now, not week 7.

This happens approx.. every 7 years. Is there a process to get it right.

Can you please advise.

When you will have a week 53 you would need to raise a ticket to our support team to have week 53 created for that year. If you are using Fourth Analytics, you could put in the same ticket that you would need week 53 in there also.

If you know the years in the future that you need a week 53, you can put all of these in the request and if last year needs to be changed to a 53 week year, you can also ask for that to be changed so that your current year is showing the correct weeks.
