Hi all I am reaching out to the Community to see if anyone has set up or knows how to set up an 18 month holiday period (starting 1 Jan 21) before on Fourth. This is so we can try to give some additional financial support with TM’s using holidays going forward.
I would like to know what could be the complications/impact/risk etc if this was done and also if anyone has tried this what were the issues faced

Thank you for your question, from a Fourth solution perspective you have a few options.
I would recommend familiarising yourself with this article below. Due to our solution only being able to refer to a 12 month holiday period there are some actions required.

You may also want to consider simply using the Carry Over holidays functionality if you don't need your holiday calendar dates to change.
