I am trying to obtain a list of employees as of a snapshot at 26 Jan 2020 (including their job titles at that time and their salaries etc). Can you let me know the best way to do this please?

This customer has access to Fourth Analytics if that is the easiest way to obtain the data.
The customer could create a customised report in the HR module with all of the fields that they need to report on selected.
HR > Reports > Customised Reports > Create Template > [ Enter Template Name and select Employee Data from the drop down] > Save
You can then select the required fields from the different drop downs for different areas of the employee file ie. Personal Details and Employment Details.
If the information is only required for current employees, in the Employment Details dropdown, select Status and select = in the 'Conditions' column. This will allow you to set the condition to 'Current' when you run the report.
