Working Time Directive & Contracted Hours

Hi 

Please see below question from one of our Customers: 

"Is there any way that we can have on our system a flag for anyone who is not contracted to work their 4 hours as per their contract every week and a separate flag which coincides with working time directive? We really need to start reporting on this as a business and following up with our management but I thought it would be helpful if their rota screen also lets them know."

There is a flag for employees working more than 48 hours - this is a global setting.

Rotas > Administration > Global Settings > Warn when an employee works more than 48 hours

This will bring up a pop up box that will show all employees scheduled to work more than 48 hours in a particular week.

We do not have a flag for employees who are scheduled to work less than their contracted hours, however, you can display contracted hours in the schedule next to the total hours so managers can check that they're scheduling employees for what they are contracted.
