How can I set up other users within Fourth Engage so that they can post announcements to their respective locations?

Can you please advise how we can go about adding certain users with the ability to post announcements for their locations within Fourth Engage?

Hi Owen,

Thank you for your questions,

The Admin option to create announcements on the front of engage inline with this release note: https://help.hotschedules.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050142052-Release-Note-Engage-2-50 and was developed to enhance the user experience of announcement creation.

This option is only available for the Engage Admin, there is currently no available setting to give this functionality to other users.
