Change Delivery Schedule for a Site

Hello Team

I have a question on behalf of a supplier. They need to change the days they deliver to a particular site, how should this be done?

For small adjustments the simplest way to adjust delivery days by site would be to ask the buyer to make the adjustment on their end or load an Incremental update. An Incremental update adds only information to sites contained in the file and those that are not remain unchanged.

For wholesale changes a new Full delivery date file can be uploaded. A Full update overwrites delivery days for every site for which a relationship is held, regardless of buyer, and wipes those that are not contained within the load. More information and a full specification can be found here:
