How many weeks should we/could we have open in rota?

Hi, we are looking to schedule staff through end of January however I remember being advised during install to limit open rotas to 4-5 weeks.  I have looked on guidance articles and cannot see anything regarding this.  Please can someone assist?  Many thanks

    Hi Kirstie MacKenzie,

    Thanks for the great question!

    The reason we recommend restricting the amount of weeks in advance you create new Rota's within the Rota module, is due to the fact that when a new employee is created on the system, you will need to manually add them onto the Rota's if they've already been created.

    That is good to know.  I can't envisage us hiring anyone new over next few weeks so we will open up more weeks.
