I have team member who holiday is not automatically being calculated on Fourth, please can you assit.

I hope you're well?

When your casual employees are requesting holidays they need to input the number of hours that they are taking, I can see in your portal that there are some employees with a 0 hour holiday request.

This will still show as a holiday but will not calculate any payment as there are no hours to calculate with.
