Reversing/deleting a termination

Is it possible to reverse/delete a termination which has been processed with a past termination date without needing to rehire the employee?

Hi Caroline,

I hope you are well.

Future dated terminations can be deleted as per this article: https://help.hotschedules.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042724471-Release-Note-Deleting-Future-Termination-Records

An administrator can also amend the status of previously terminated employees from Former to Current.

 

However, it should be noted that if the Employee is on a Leaver Profile for the Fourth App, the above actions will not switch this back. The Employees account should be removed and recreated through the HR > Users > Fourth Account Management page in People System.
