Thank you for your question.

There is an access permission in the HR Module that can be assigned called ‘Edit holidays for submitted rotas’ which allows you to update the holiday records retrospectively.

I’ve checked your access and you already have this assigned so if you need to create the holidays in the past and authorise, you would create the record as normal by going to the employee’s HR record and selecting ‘Create a Holiday Request’, once saved you should be able to click into the holiday record and change the status to ‘Authorised’.

If there are too many employees to manage this for manually, Fourth can do this via a chargeable data load. Please reach out to your Fourth contact to discuss cost and lead times.
