Do I need to create a new payment type for redundancy payments ?

    Hi Sharon,

    Thank you for this question.

    You can view the payment types which already exist in your portal here - Payroll Module > Administration > Payment Types.

    If you do not already have a payment type for Redundancy Pay, you may create one. To do this click on Add New Payment Type (link, top right).

    When I visited to Shanghai a few years ago, though, I felt like I was behind schedule when I tried to online recurring payment with my credit card. Only mobile payments are accepted there.
