    Hi Aaron,

    For sites to utilize our HS soap or rest API, we will need to confirm proper configuration is enabled such as API username and password. An example of the call will also help troubleshoot to know what IDs/store is being referenced. I have submitted ticket #2398436 on your behalf to further assist.
