Track and trace

Should we be contacted by Track and Trace for one of our locations, we are required to send a list with full name, address, email address, phone number etc for employees at a certain time. This has to be completed within 12 hours.

Has anyone got a good solution of this, I would rather it was run by the manager at the location rather than centrally?

    Hi Andy Donmall,

    Thanks for your great question!

    For this purpose, regarding the criteria you would need to pull off two reports.

    One would be a customised report created by yourselves to show all the employees information as there are various reports within the HR module, but none show all the criteria above.

    Secondly, in order to show who has been working, you can pull off the export in the Rotas module named 'Forecast vs Actual vs Paid Hours Daily'. This will show you who was scheduled to work that day and who did work. 

    Depending on how the permissions are set up within your business and the portal, you could give the managers the ability to pull off those reports.
