How can I see who closed a rota please?

  Hi Stacey Charles,

  Thanks for your great question!

   

  In order to view who closed a rota, or even who closed a day or a division, you simply follow the pathway below;

  Rotas > Click on the rota in question > History.

  Here you will find out what action was done and by whom, as well as the date and time this was performed.

  If you are unable to see the History button on your rota screen, you may not have the permission to access this functionality, and you would need to contact your administrator within your business to amend that.
