ESS leaver unable to log into her account

An employee that is a leaver is unable to reset their ESS password how can they reset please so they can view their past payslips; P-45 etc etc

Hi Nicola,

 

There are a couple of things that could be causing the issue with resetting their password - the main one being entering their email address rather than username on the ForgottenPassword screen - occasionally they can be different.

I would advise the user to click Forgotten Username rather than Forgotten Password. They can then enter their Email address to which their username will be emailed. They should then be able to complete a successful password reset if need be.
