Thank you for your question.

I have here a few links to articles to help you to understand the impact the employment status has on holidays. 

 

For the holiday allowance for flexible employees, please check your global settings:

HR > Administration > Global Settings > Edit default holiday settings > Set Default number of weeks

If the setting is 5.8 they will be given the full allowance, this will then flex based on the employees working pattern in the year

If it is 0.0 this means only until the first week of the rota is submitted will the allowance start to calculate.
