Access p45

Hi

I have a leaver who can not access there Fourth account to see there p45 please can you advise.

  Although it is based on P60's, P45's are mentioned as well, and this should help you with your query.

  Hi

  The team member left over 90 days ago is there another way of accessing her p45 please?

  Hi Stacey,

  That's not a problem at all!

  In order to get their P45 for them, someone in your company with high enough access within the Payroll module would need to follow the pathway below;

  • Payroll Module > Employees > Employee List > Search for the terminated employee > Select Employee > Employment Details > View P45
