How to add holiday hours to FOURTH accrued during Furlough for those variable hours ?

We have calculated the hour accrued for variable hour workers but do not know how to add to the system without effecting the usual accrual when working.

Please advise

Thank you for your question. 

The best way to add these accrued hours is to create holiday requests with a negative value – this ensures the extra hours are added to the hours remaining but without impacting the hours accrued value or ongoing calculation.
