Mutilple employment on rota

Hi

I have added some team members on multiple employment in the housekeeping department. However the head housekeeper can not see them on her rota, how can I rectify this please.

  I believe the Auto Add to Rota setting may not be on for your portal - to manually add the Head Housekeeper to the Housekeeping Rota, please refer to this article: https://help.hotschedules.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042289352-WFM-Adding-Employees-to-an-Open-Rota
