Rota reporting

Is there a report which shows who has completed a day in the rota module please? This would need to be by name or employee number if possible.

Hi Aine, 

Thanks for your great question!

Regarding the reporting you're looking for, unfortunately there is no such report. However, using the Rota Status Summary (Rota > Rotas > Rota Status Summary) and also using the History functionality, you are able to get some vision as to when and who has closed divisions on certain days.

On the History functionality, you will be able to view Employee Name as to who has closed the day (or anything else with the rota) that you may need to view. To use the History functionality, go to Rota > View Rota > Choose which rota is in question > Below the revenue information you will find the History function.
