Is there a way to establish our average employee numbers for last year, on a monthly basis please?

Thank you for your question.

If you have Fourth Analytics you will find this information in the HR dashboard on the Headcount tab.

Customers without Fourth Analytics will need to run the Workforce population report for the start of the month and the end of the month to work out the average for the month and repeat for the number of months required

HR > Reports > View Reports > Workforce Population > Date: Start of the month and rerun for the end of the month
