Holiday status report
I need to be able to run a report that shows the employee number and holiday dates booked by month so that we can pay them at their full rate for the holiday dates whilst on furlough.
The output of the holiday status report is what I would like, but just run against all our locations. I have tried using the Calendar, but there are too many records to download as the limit os 200, plus there are no employee numbers in that report either.
I have also tried analytics, but this is no help either as no rotas are being submitted in closed sites.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Andy,
The Employee Hours Export may well help you here - Rotas > Reports> Exports> Employee Hours Export. This shows all employees, all days, all locations and what the employee did on each day (either a shift, Holiday, Absence etc).

Afraid not as the rotas have not been submitted as the site is closed. These are salaried employees that have taken holiday whilst on furlough.

Thanks for your question.
The best report to run is the Holiday Status Report (HR > Reports > Holiday Status Report) however due to the size of your business you may find that this will be restricted to only one location.
You are in luck however as there is an export version (which includes all locations) of this report that can be enabled for you if you reach out to your Fourth Contact.
This will then be available in HR > Reports > Exports > Holiday Status Export

@... Just jumping on the post. This report would be useful for us too. Silly question but who is our fourth contact? Is it just customer care? We are new to the platform and have never been given a contact as such.
