Flexible furlough for salaries on rota analysis
Hi, we track rota costs day by day using the rota 'monthly wage cost analysis' report. All our sites are now open, with salaried members all on flexible furlough. How do we differentiate actual hours (cost) and furlough hours (no cost) through the rota so that we can track how much payroll we are actually spending vs our sales each day?
Salaried cost is split into 7 days in the rota wage cost analysis report and doesn't change depending on hours recorded. We need to be able to have zero cost (or 20% cost of topping salaries up) for days/hours they don't work as we will be able to claim furlough back.
Thanks

Hello Gavin Holmes
The Employee Hours Worked export will detail per day, the hours that are worked and the employees weekly rate is also included in this report. However, this will not have any NI/Pensions etc applied.
Another report to help with this will be the Payroll Hours Worked V1 report (Rotas > Reports > Exports > Payroll Hours Worked V1 ) this contains a day rate and hours worked per week. However, this will not have any NI/Pensions etc applied.
The furlough export (HR > Employees >Batch Update COVID19 Furlough Status > Furlough Status Export ) will show one employee number per furlough record (multiple instances are recorded below but the employee number isn’t duplicated. If you map those two files this will allow you to see the furlough employees and the hours that were worked per day and multiple that by the day rate.
I hope that helps.
Thanks,
Saskia
