Actual Hours Worked July 2020
Hello
I will be processing our July monthly payroll around 21st July but there will be 2 rotas (w/c 20th July & w/c 27th July that won't have been sent to payroll as these employees are not normally paid by rota.
How do I process those hours and will this have an effect on the new employer claim export report?

It's lovely to hear from you.
It sound's like these are salaried employees that you wish to pay hourly rates to. We would advise that these hours are uploaded to the payroll using the additional payment upload. Please make sure that Hours worked are processed on a separate line to any furlough hours. Please also make sure that the Furlough payment type is marked with the 'Furlough Payment' flag (Payroll Module> Administration> Payment Types).
