Flexible Furlough - Status Update

Hi

Hoping you can help, although the furlough period minimum of 3 weeks has changed, the system doesn't appear to allow us to updated an employees furlough status within a 3 week period.  We have an employee who was taken off furlough and then put back on, however looking to take them back off furlough after 2 weeks.  Is there a way to do this as he will be fully returning to work?

When the employee was initially taken off furlough, did they return to work fully and then go back on furlough or did they return flexibly?

Thank you for coming back to me. Yes he came back fully then back on furlough.

Due to the government guidelines around furlough, the solution is set up to allow for no less that 3 weeks for each furlough period.

You can bring an employees back and schedule them on but you would not be able to complete their furlough period in the HR module earlier than 3 weeks. This will have no impact on their payments if you are processing their hours through the schedules.
