We have workers who work varied hours returning on flexible furlough. On the Rota should we report the days not working as day off or "not available" as we have for salaried employees.?

As your flexible employees generally work different days/hours each week, it would not be necessary to flag them as 'Unavailable' as they're not expecting to work on a specific day, however, you may wish to do this for any employees that cannot return to work do to shielding, etc.

We now also have the Fourth Health Survey app available which allows your employees to answer questions regarding their health status, this then pulls through into a report on the rota to show whether they are available to return to work.
