Not able to login in
I have a few team members unable to login into there Fourth profile. I have tried to reset there login details and the system is still not allowing them to login, error says incorrect email address. Are you able to assist please.

Hi Stacey,
We would recommend checking that the users in question are using the correct email - it is the email address that shows in the Personal Email field in their HR record. If they are still unable to login, it may be that their username is different to their email address which may happen if they have previously had a Fourth Account.
User names can be verified by:-
- Go to secure.fourth.com
- Click Forgotten Username
- Enter their email address and click submit
Their username will then be emailed to them
