I have a quick question on the health survey. In the Demo is asked if anyone in your house is showing symptoms and states you can go to work. Surely this cannot be the case. If someone is showing symptoms within the household then the entire house must self isolate for two weeks therefore cannot go to work?

    Good Morning Lianna,

    Thanks you for your question. The wording of the question currently in the live app is "Has anyone in your household been diagnosed with COVID-19 or had related symptoms (fever over 38 C, new continuous dry cough or loss or change to their sense of smell or taste) in the last 14 days? " . If the employee answers yes to this or anyone of the questions, then a Health Status of 'Considered Not Safe To Work' is shown in the Rota.

    The App and the Health Status Status is not saying the employee should or should not go to work, its more giving managers reported data so that they can make informed decisions.
