Fourth Health Survey App available from 18th June. Are you in?

As you prepare to reopen, we can imagine how extraordinarily busy you are. To support your efforts to do so as safely as possible, we are pleased to remind you that our in-app Health Survey will be ready for use by the 18th June. The new feature enables team members to complete a short health survey each day to check that it is safe for them to come to work ahead of each shift. 

Here is a reminder of the what will feature in this first release:

• On opening the app, employees will be asked to confirm their responses to three health related questions.
• The questions follow NHS guidance for health screening questions.
• Submitted information will be securely and confidentially stored.
• The submissions will feed through to your scheduling solution, showing managers what team members are okay to work, who isn’t, and who hasn’t completed the survey. 

The survey will be available at no additional cost to our Workforce Management customers and accessible via the Fourth app. You can find more information and a short demo video here.

We have had a great deal of interest in this new feature and our technology and implementation teams are working hard to ensure an efficient roll out to customers who want to take advantage of this. If you would like this new feature activated, click here by the 16th June and our Customer Management Team will be in touch to agree an activation window with you.
